Do I have to change all my tools?

Baela is being designed to work with supported tools you already use. Available actions depend on each connection, and third-party subscriptions may still be needed.

Can I see how my business is doing?

That’s part of the plan: a business overview, a weekly brief, and the ability to ask Baela about your numbers. Sources would include your Baela website and bookings, Square, and Google Business Profile. Each number would show its source and reporting period; available metrics depend on the tools you connect.

How much stays in my hands?

You set the boundaries. Routine tasks can follow your rules. Payments and important changes wait for your approval. Some account setup and verification still need you.

Can I use Baela today?

Baela is in private preview. Invited owners of approved businesses can explore the workspace. Try onboarding with your own business details, or explore six sample businesses. Website changes, bookings, payroll preparation and your business overview stay in your browser. Live provider integrations are not connected.

Baela is being built to help owners set up, run, and understand their businesses. That includes websites, connected tools, daily tasks, and business metrics you can ask about.

Onboard your business in the preview using your own details, or explore six fictional businesses. Website edits, sample bookings, listing updates, email drafts and payroll preparation work with records saved in your browser. The homepage walkthrough uses Studio North to illustrate the experience. No live provider accounts, messages or payments are involved.

Each visitor has their own sample data. In the workspace, use Activity to export a backup or reset one business. Baela’s sample replies follow supported task patterns; this preview does not call an AI model.
